Global Ambulatory Surgery Centers grew out of a simple observation made by the clinical team at Global Pain Management: patients needed more. After years of caring for patients with complex pain conditions at GPM's Pasadena practice, the team saw a consistent gap — patients who required advanced procedural interventions that went beyond what a standard office setting could safely support, yet who had no interest in the overhead, wait times, and impersonal atmosphere of a hospital. GASC was built to fill that space. As an extension of Global Pain Management's mission, our surgery center brings those same trusted providers and that same patient-centered approach into a fully accredited ambulatory surgical facility — offering advanced procedures in an environment our patients already know and trust, with the ability to go home the same day.

Dr. Haddi Ogunsola is the founder and medical director of Global Pain Management and Global Ambulatory Surgery Centers. Board-certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine and fellowship-trained as an Interventional Spine Specialist, Dr. Ogunsola has spent more than a decade providing compassionate, evidence-based interventional care to patients across the Pasadena region. She has been recognized as a Maryland Top Doctor (2024) and Women in Medicine honoree (2023), and is known for her exceptional bedside manner and her commitment to treating the whole patient — not just the diagnosis.
